After a free consultation with myself, I would be able to offer you a Coaching session to suit. Below will be a list of options that are on offer. I do evening sessions to suit, which will be at no additional cost
What do I offer?
Consultation - Free

Involves an assessment and matching a program that will benefit you
One on One Coaching (Popular) - £40 per hour

Clarify your goals (be it work, love, hobbies, life)

Identifying obstacles holding you back

Strategies to overcome these

Relationship Coaching (Couples only) - £45 per hour

Develop conflict resolution skills

Tools to deepen a more meaningful emotional connection

Identifying weakness's and offering guidance to change these

Group Coaching / Public Talks - £price to be discussed
This will focus on an intimate conversation space focused on:

Goal setting

Deepening awareness around key issues

Taking action
-
Accountability

Package Deals (booked in as 4 week blocks)
*these costs are worked out with a saving of £20
One on One Coaching -1h per week for 4 weeks - £140
Relationship Coaching -1h per week for 4 weeks - £160
Group Coaching / Public Talks - £price to be discussed

​*Payment policy: Payments will be taken before each session goes ahead. Non payment will result in the session being cancelled. Any cancellations will be refunded in full however, if cancelled within the 48 hours before your session goes ahead, the refund will be the full cost minus 10%. Confidentiality is respected at every given time*
